Our support group for caregivers provides information and referral services.

We meet the second Tuesday of every month from 6 to 8 pm at Golden Horizons, 1001 Marsac St, Bay City, MI 48708

The Caregiver Support Group will be meeting on Tuesday, October 8th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 pm. This group is open and free of charge to anyone who is a family caregiver for someone who suffers from dementia. We meet at Golden Horizons 1001 Marsac Street Bay City Michigan. Our parking lot and entrance is on the Fremont side of the building. Any questions please call (989)892-6644 and ask for Stacy.gnup is necessary.
